These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and services operated by Insebia Technologies LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Insebia", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Insebia operates the following platforms:

  • Vency (vency.ai) — an AI-powered productivity suite with tools for photoshoots, brand identity, design, task management, file transfer, and more.
  • Mawed (mawed.com) — an appointment scheduling platform with booking pages, payment collection, and client management.

Each platform may have additional terms specific to its features.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our Services
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Resell or redistribute our Services without permission
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription or one-time payment. Prices are listed on the respective platform. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (including Stripe and local payment gateways). Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and branding related to Insebia, Vency, and Mawed are the intellectual property of Insebia Technologies LLC. You retain ownership of any content you upload to our platforms.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content as necessary to provide the Services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insebia Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
