Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid services offered by Insebia Technologies LLC through Vency (vency.ai) and Mawed (mawed.com).

1. Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After the 7-day window, refunds are not available for the current billing period, but you can cancel to prevent future charges.

Refund eligibility resets only on the first purchase — renewals are not eligible for refunds, as you can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

2. AI Credits (Vency)

AI credits purchased on Vency are non-refundable once purchased, whether used or unused. By purchasing AI credits, you acknowledge that they are consumed upon use and cannot be reversed.

3. One-Time Purchases

For other one-time purchases (such as add-ons or premium features), refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the purchased item has not been fully consumed or used.

4. Mawed Booking Payments

Mawed enables service providers to accept payments from their customers using the provider's own linked payment gateway. These transactions are between the customer and the service provider — Insebia is not a party to these payments.

Refund disputes for booking payments should be directed to the service provider. Insebia does not process, hold, or control funds collected through provider-linked payment gateways.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@insebia.com with:

  • Your account email
  • The product/service you want refunded
  • Your reason for the request

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • AI credits (non-refundable)
  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window
  • Services that have been fully delivered or consumed
  • Payments processed through provider-linked gateways on Mawed
